Short, browser-based Agile simulations for coaches, facilitators and learning teams. Let people experience the trade-off, compare what happened and start a better conversation.
Founding trials are opening soon. Joining the list does not start a subscription or take payment.
Each game is self-contained, mobile-friendly and deliberately short. It gives a group a shared experience to discuss rather than another concept to memorise.
Keep value moving without flooding the system. Being busy and finishing useful work are not the same thing.
Estimate by comparison while increasing pressure exposes uncertainty, inconsistency and the limits of memory.
Clear the path together and discover why helping across boundaries can outperform racing ahead alone.
Balance instant support with the investment needed to build lasting capability and reduce future dependency.
Build through interruptions and feel the hidden cost of repeatedly changing focus while the clock keeps running.
Players open the selected game on their own phone. There is nothing to install.
They make decisions under pressure and experience the consequence rather than being told the answer.
Compare choices, reveal the design principle and connect the result to the team’s real work.
Every licence includes all five games. The difference is how many people may facilitate with them and the size of the audience—not a restricted version of the Arcade.
For one named facilitator using the Arcade in sessions they personally lead.
For a small team that needs several people to facilitate with the Arcade.
For organisation-wide internal use across multiple coaches, teams or locations.
For one conference or learning event beyond the normal participant allowance.
The £24 founding price is limited to the first 25 individual subscribers and is held while the subscription remains uninterrupted. No payment is taken from this page. Full licence, cancellation and privacy terms will be shown before a trial begins.
The first cohort will test the games in real workshops, meetings and learning events. I’m looking for candid feedback on the games, the facilitator experience and the conversations they create.
It is designed for Agile coaches, facilitators, delivery leaders and learning professionals who want an active way to explore workplace behaviours.
Yes. An individual licence allows one named subscriber to use the games in sessions they personally facilitate, with up to 100 participants per session.
No. Individual licences belong to one named facilitator. A team licence covers up to five named facilitators; broader reusable access requires an organisation licence.
No installation is required. Players open a temporary game link in a modern browser. The facilitator controls access to the session.
No. They create a shared experience that a facilitator can connect to the group’s context. Much of the learning happens in the discussion after play.
